High-intensity UVC light is used to neutralize airborne microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, mold and fungi as air passes through the system.
Patented PRO-Cell™ Technology
The Duo's PRO-Cell honeycomb uses UVC light in a photo-reactive oxidation process designed to reduce odors and volatile organic compounds, or VOCs.
According to Field Controls, the PRO-Cell core itself is maintenance-free and does not require replacement.
AirFresh™ Carbon Odor Adsorption
A carbon component helps capture lingering household odors, adding another level of treatment before air continues through the HVAC system.
No Ozone Generation
This is an important distinction.
Field Controls states that Healthy Home System products do not generate ozone.
Designed for Whole-House Treatment
