The owner was punctual and friendly. He explained his process and walked through the house with my husband during his inspection. It was clear he was not a “salesman” trying to get us to buy what we didn’t need or over charge us. He even explained that he was unable to find any mold and didn’t feel air samples were necessary, but would do them if it made us feel more secure. Luckily the results were all clear.
