Kevin was prompt, did a great job and no surprise. The price quoted on the phone was the price PERIOD. I had called another service who gave me a quote of double what Kevin quoted price wise, double what he quoted time wise and also said “if we find mold we’ll have to stop and you will have to call in another company for that..” Now, why would I use them? I highly recommend Kevin and his work.
