Kevin O’Connor, who took care of the mold in my basement, was thorough of his assessment of the problem, explained everything that needed to be done in plain english and charged me what I thought was a very fair price. I needed to have cabinets removed. He took them apart and packed all the material, very neatly, in bags for disposal. When he was finished, my basement was left in clean condition.
